The women of Chatty Yarns would like to invite you to an Open House next Wednesday November 4, from 10-12 pm in Corlett Hall.
We would like you to get to know us and what we do and perhaps you would like to join us.
Most of us knit or crochet or enjoy other fiber arts. We create knitted or crocheted items to donate to Myra’s Angels, an organization that provides assistance to foster children from newborn to age 18. We are also making prayer shawls to support parishioners or friends in need.
Our items have been sold during Day of Giving, and the proceeds are sent to a worthwhile cause.
In addition to knitting or crocheting, we love to chat! And there are often cookies too..
We have wide-ranging conversations about travel, books, music, cooking, etc.
There is almost always someone in our group who can teach a new skill or solve a problem.
We are a friendly, welcoming group.
