SUNDAY MORNING CLASS, 9:30 – 10:20 am
May 4 – June 15
Come and meet the remarkable women of the New Testament—those who followed Jesus, were healed by him, supported his ministry, and helped spread the good news. Some names are familiar: Mary the mother of Jesus, Elizabeth, Mary Magdalene, Martha and Mary of Bethany. Others, like Joanna, Prisca, Susanna, and Eunice, may be less known—but all played meaningful roles in the early church. Some aren’t named at all, yet their impact is still unmistakable.
This six-week class will meet on Sundays from May 4 to June 15, with a break on May 25 for Memorial Day weekend. We’ll gather from 9:30 to 10:20 a.m. in Curry Hall Room 204.
Taught by Jo Dykes, the class offers a chance to reflect on the faith, courage, and leadership of these women whose stories still inspire today.
